Line Contractors' Association of British Columbia The Line Contractors' Association (LCA) of British Columbia works to bring power to mines, construction projects, mills, industry, and to communities throughout the 365,000 square miles of this province. The purposes of the Line Contractors' Association are to strengthen and support the business interest of members, to represent members in negotiations with utilities, government, the Workers' Compensation Board, and labour organizations, to promote training and safety programs, to foster links with other associations and organizations for the benefit of members, and to ensure continuity of the training and services to which its members have been accustomed. Line Contractors' Association of British Columbia is an association with about 30 member companies who provide excellent safety programs and accident prevention courses to the employees of our member companies.
